Blanca Dishon is the original founder of Flawless Girl Cosmetics. She is very interested in finding the next Flawless Girl and despairs that she might not do so. Her strict requirements are that candidates must be at least 5'10" in height (Candace was surprised by this, as she figured they were just looking for a rhyme in their jingle). She appears only to choose the new Flawless Girl by height, because it sets a standard for beauty unobtainable by the average woman, since the average American woman is only about 5'4" in height.
