To settle a debate between Dr. Doofenshmirtz and Major Monogram, O.W.C.A. and L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. square off in a soccer match.
Episode Summary[]
During a livestream, Doofenshmirtz boasts that O.W.C.A. only exists because of his evil schemes. Major Monogram joins the stream to disagree, and the two are goaded by viewers into settling their rivalry through a soccer match with a wager: if L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. wins, Monogram has to shave both his mustache and Carl's head; but if O.W.C.A. wins, Doof has to shave his head.
Meanwhile, Phineas and the gang play a game of "Can You Hit That Thing with a Stick", which captivates everyone except Candace, who finds it too dull to bust. When Buford can’t throw straight, the group constructs a high-tech stick-throwing practice arena to help him improve.
Perry is informed by Monogram about the upcoming soccer match between O.W.C.A. and L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N., so he heads over to Doofenshmirtz's building to investigate, only to see that Doof has invited several L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. scientists to practice for the match with their own inators. Doof also reveals that he created a Bring-Me-A-Ringer-inator to summon and recruit Cristo Fernández as L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N.'s ringer in order to equalize some of the members' poor sports skills. Doof even stated that he convinced Vanessa to participate in the match as a cheerleader.
With that in mind, Doof and the L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. members head over to the soccer field for the match; even Perry does the same to meet up with Monogram and several other O.W.C.A. agents so that they can practice for the match. Monogram even recruits Megan Rapinoe, whose house is being fumigated, as O.W.C.A.'s ringer to balance the teams. The game, officiated by Klimpaloon and narrated by escaped reporter Dink Winkerson, devolves into chaos with over-the-top flopping, cheating, and musical numbers enacted by both teams.
As the match nears its end with both teams having their scores to a tie, both Fernández and Rapinoe leave (due to the former faking an injury and the latter's house is done). With O.W.C.A. being one player short (due to Agent Frog being injured and Agent W suffering a cramp), Monogram joins the field himself to avoid forfeit, but ends up being ejected due to his violent conduct, as he rammed down several of the L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. scientists and performed an illegal tackle against Doofenshmirtz. As Doof prepares for a penalty kick to win, he cheats by using a remote-controlled goal trap to restrain Perry so that he can make a clear shot. However, at that moment, Phineas and Ferb’s invention shifts the Earth eight inches to the left, causing Doof's shot to miss and Buford's stick to hit its target. The game ends in a tie, leaving both organizations without a clear victory, and Winkerson ends up being caught by a police officer and sent back to prison.
Because neither team has won the game, both the O.W.C.A. agents and L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. scientists leave the field, and both Monogram and Doof reluctantly concede defeat to each other with a handshake, though Monogram admits that the game helps him understand how important both Doof and L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. are for O.W.C.A.'s motivation. Both Monogram and Doof are forced to honor their sides of the wager, with Doof shaving his head and Monogram shaving his mustache - right before chasing Carl around the field as Perry flies away on his jetpack.

Memorable Quotes[]
Doofenshmirtz: (reading the comments) Let's see, "fight it out"... What... What's a "SIMP"? "Settle it over a soccer match"? That's so random. Hmmm. Whadaya say, BeefyMustache55?
Major Monogram: A bunch of expertly trained athletic field agents versus some haphazard scientists? (chuckles) I am in. |
Baljeet: What, may I ask, is this?
Isabella: Can You Hit That Thing with a Stick! Where we... well, try to hit that thing with a stick. |
Major Monogram: The super code red emergency is that our organization, O.W.C.A., has to square off with the evil scientist organization, L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N., in a soccer game.
Carl: And I get to be unpaid waterboy! Major Monogram: And I would obviously lend my incredible athleticism to the team, but... I get a little too competitive. It's, uh, not pretty. |
(The agents of O.W.C.A. practice dribbling and passing the ball. The ball hits Agent W and it has a cramp.)
Major Monogram: Oh, Agent W pulled a muscle! Get the stretcher! The big one! |
Doofenshmirtz: (talking to Cristo Fernández) Okay, let me get this straight. You're a soccer player, turned actor, turned actor-soccer player? |
Major Monogram: (shaking hands with Doof) Well, I have to admit, that game reminded me how important L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. is for O.W.C.A. to stay motivated. And it reminded me why I'm behind a desk now. My brain is more stable than my brawn.
Doofenshmirtz: Okay, fine, but you didn't win, so I get to shave your mustache. Major Monogram: You didn't win either, so I get to shave your head! |

- Doofenshmirtz has improved a little on his kicking skills since "The Bad Old Days", as he was able to perform as least two good kicks that would've resulted potential scores during the second half of the match.
Production Information[]
- This and "Dooflicated" mark the fourth episode to not premiere on DisneyNOW the same day as its original airdate, following "Night of the Living Pharmacists", "Last Day of Summer", and "Summer Block Buster"/"Cloudy With a Chance of Mom".
International Premieres[]
Errors[]
- The comment that suggested Doof and Monogram to settle their argument over a soccer match appeared in the chat before Monogram even showed up.
- Although the lineup is interchangeable, Doof was shown to be playing in goal when the lineup was revealed, but he never played in goal in the entire duration of the match.
Continuity[]
- Dink Winkerson is still in prison for his crimes as the Danville Mother Mugger in "Tropey McTropeFace", and he escaped to continue reporting on whatever he sees.

- Scarface - Before summoning Cristo Fernandez, Doof tells Monogram he is introducing him to his "little friend", similar to what Tony Montana said before going gun-crazy.
- Beast Mode - Monogram went all beast mode just like Marshawn Lynch.
- Ted Lasso - Cristo Fernández's role as soccer player Dani Rojas in the series was referenced multiple times in this episode. Specifically, Rojas's catchphrase, "Fútbol is life!"
