Aliki Theofilopoulos Grafft (born June 14, 1972 in La Jolla, California) has been a storyboard artist and writer on Phineas and Ferb since 2006. She also voices Mandy in "Thaddeus and Thor" and "Perry The Actorpus". She was also nominated for an Emmy Award in 2010 as a lyricist for the song Come Home Perry. She is sometimes credited as "Aliki Theofilopoulos", "Aliki Grafft" or "Aliki T. Grafft".

After a hiatus from Phineas and Ferb to work as a writer and storyboard artist for the new Mickey Mouse cartoons that began airing on Disney Channel during the summer of 2013, she announced her September 23 return to the show for the "O.W.C.A. Files" special.[1] She served as director and executive producer on the Descendants Wicked World animated shorts based on the Disney Channel Original Movie Descendants. She currently works at DreamWorks Animation as supervising producer on Harvey Street Kids.
