Alexander Robert "Alex" Hirsch (born June 18, 1985) is an American voice actor, writer, and producer. He is best known for creating Gravity Falls and voicing Stan Pines, Soos Ramirez, and Bill Cipher in the show. For Phineas and Ferb, he voiced Officer Concord the Juice Time Juice Box Flavor Cop in "Terrifying Tri-State Trilogy of Terror".
