Alan Cumming (born January 27, 1965) is a Scottish actor, writer, and presenter. He is best known for playing the Emcee in the 1998 and 2014 Broadway revivals of Cabaret and Eli Gold in The Good Wife. For Phineas and Ferb, he voiced the Haberdasher in "The Haberdasher".
