“ | Donnie Do-Good is on the job! | ” |
— Stacy Hirano |
When Perry gets into trouble taking on both Dr. Doofenshmirtz and Dr. Diminutive, Stacy comes to his aid, using her own skillset to save the day.
Episode Summary[]
The episode begins on an educational filmstrip starring Major Monogram and Carl educating those in the know about OWCA's existence. The film is revealed to be watched by Stacy and shared by Agent P, since Stacy found out about Perry's alter ego the prior summer.
Later that day, Stacy and Candace help out Dr. Hirano with catering for the Doctor & Scientist Symposium at the Danville Convention Center. While Candace is bummed about missing out on busting her brothers, Stacy assures her it will be like herding cattle, demonstrating her odd skill of imitating animal noises. Later that night, Doofenshmirtz, who was not invited to the affair, crashes the symposium and helps himself to the buffet. Monogram informs Agent P that his presence at the event may indicate he's up to no good. At the buffet, Doof comes upon his old L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. cohort, Dr. Diminutive, who has been attempting to win the evil organization's tag and bag contest. Suddenly, Stacy catches Agent P at the event, and becomes concerned that Candace might catch him. Upon conferring with the film, Stacy distracts Candace to avoid her seeing Perry. When Doof catches sight of Perry, he gets an idea that he and Diminutive could collaborate on the contest by catching Perry and splitting the prize. Throughout the ceremony, several prizes are awarded to Phineas and Ferb. Candace overhears this and gets very suspicious, but she never catches them. As Doof comes upon Perry, he traps him in a double trap as he and Diminutive take him away. Stacy sees this and tells Candace to cover for her under false pretenses of food poisoning.
Stacy gives chase to Doof and Diminutive using Perry's scooter. Monogram calls the phone on the scooter and is surprised to find Stacy driving. Stacy informs Monogram and Carl that she is aware of Perry's secret and of his capture. With the other agents being dewormed, Stacy is the only option. When Doof and Diminutive reach the L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. headquarters, they are bombarded by paperwork. Outside, Stacy watches some more of the video, which tells her to use her own skills. As Stacy goes through her skills, she remembers her ability to imitate animal noises. So she goes to the fusebox and switches off the power and makes various animal noises making Doof and Diminutive think they are surrounded by O.W.C.A. agents. This causes various evil scientists to exit leaving the door open so Stacy can enter.
Inside, Perry is trapped over a tank of deadly hippos (since hippos are statistically more deadly than sharks). As Stacy ponders what to do, she gets an idea. She walks into the arena pretending to be a babysitter having the wrong address. She releases Perry from his trap, and he fights all the evil scientists, with Stacy helping out using her taekwondo and mini golf skills. When they are free from L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N.'s grip, Perry smiles at Stacy and gives her a fedora, recruiting her as the newest O.W.C.A. agent.
Back at the symposium, Perry gives Stacy a ride back via helicopter. Candace, certain she heard her brothers being awarded once more, turns back and is surprised to see Stacy again. Perry's theme song singers then sing the praises of the newest O.W.C.A. recruit, "Agent T (for Teen)".

Memorable Quotes[]
(in the OWCA filmstrip)
Major Monogram: Billy the Beaver, you are a secret agent? Carl: (as Billy) Alas, you know my mysterious secret. |
Stacy: Thanks for sharing this, Perry. To be honest, it's been a little awkward since I found out about your secret last summer. But it is weird this specific thing happens so often there's a premade video to deal with it. But even weirder that they shot it on film. I mean, how old is this video? |
(After Agent P exits through the fireplace.) Stacy: (coughs) You know we have a front door. (coughs) |
Dr. Hirano: Thank you girls for helping out with the Doctor & Scientist Symposium. Two of our servers got food poisoning and had to drop out. Oh, and hopefully this is not the food that caused that. Excuse me. |
Candace: Ha! I forgot how strangely impressive you are at very specific animal sounds. Stacy: Yes, I'm very good at a skill I would never need to use in real life. You should hear my hiccuping dolphin. (does a dolphin chatter, hiccups) |
Doofenshmirtz Hello, doctors and scientists of Danville!
(Beat.) Doofenshmirtz: Y'know, it's weird that I was not invited to this. I'm a doctor and a scientist. An evil scientist. Not an evil doctor. That would be weird. And now, as they say in Uruguay, point me to the buffet! And... who's kidding how? The buffet's the only reason I came. |
Stacy: Free shrimp. It's a perk. (swallows one, does her dolphin imitation again) Candace: Yep, that is a useless skill. |
Major Monogram: Agent P, thanks for coming in this evening. Doofenshmirtz has been spotted interacting with other doctors and scientists and must be up to something evil.
Carl: What makes you say that, sir? Major Monogram: Duh, it's his whole shtick. It's on the side of his building. Anyway, Agent P, go do what it is you do. (Agent P salutes and leaves.) Major Monogram: "Why do I think he's evil". Have you ever even watched this show?! |
Doofenshmirtz: Oh, yeah, this is where all the years of studying evil science really pays off. (Doof looks behind him to catch a familiar sight.) Ah, Dr. Diminutive. I won't say it's good to see you, but it is, it is hard to see you because you're so small. (laughs)
Dr. Diminutive: I'm easier to see than your ex-wife, 'cause, y'know, you're so divorced. Doofenshmirtz: We wanted different things. She wanted to not be married to me. |
Doofenshmirtz: I catch Perry the Platypus every day, but like suppressed flatulence, he always manages to escape.
Dr. Diminutive: Charming. Doofenshmirtz: I... I may have overshared there. |
Major Monogram: Remember the three D's. "Distraction", "Discussion", or "Diversion". Make a "Decision". Nope, four. I guess there are four. |
Stacy: Candace, did you know that my boyfriend, Coltrane, is secretly on the Venezuelan Olympic luge team? Well, (giggles) he isn't. |
Stacy: Hey, look over there! Candace: I don't see anything over here that wasn't over there. |
Doofenshmirtz: Ooh! Ooh! We can call ourselves Double Doctor Squad! Oh, no, that abbreviates to D.D.S, and I don't want people to think we're dentists. Ooh, how about Doof 'n' Diminutive Squad? No, no, same thing. Name TBD. Let's go! |
Emcee: And the award for most ingenious use of nucleotides in an amusement park ride goes to, once again, it's Phineas and Ferb!
(Applause as Phineas and Ferb take the stage.) Candace: Did I hear "Phineas and Ferb"? Scientist 1: No, I was wondering aloud, "Is 'hideous' a verb?" Turn out it's an adjective. It means ugly. |
Doofenshmirtz: Perry the Platypus, what are you doing here? Besides getting trapped! (laughs) You've been double-trapped by Dr. D. Squared. Yeah, that's still not right. |
Major Monogram: Agent P? Great googly moogly! You're not Agent P! I mean, uh, that is... Look over there! |
Major Monogram: Can you turn the screen sideways? I really don't look good in the vertical aspect ratio. |
Carl: Sir, she's our only hope. All our other agents are being dewormed. Major Monogram: Oh, right. I forgot Agent W is missing. Go, young lady, go! |
Emcee: And the area for exceptional rocket science in a supporting role goes to Phineas and Ferb.
Candace: Now I know I heard "Phineas and Ferb! Scientist 2: No, I said, "Fibbing is for the birds". It's part of my presentation I'm making later. Candace: (gasps) That doesn't even make sense. Scientist 2: I worked hard on this. |
Doofenshmirtz: Ouch, they're really cranking up the evil a notch. I... I think they burned off my fingertips. |
Doofenshmirtz: Paperwork. That's the real evil. |
Doofenshmirtz: Do you have a short form? Dr. Diminutive: (offended) What's that supposed to mean?! |
(Carl is seen in a yellow belt karate robe in front of a punching dummy.) Major Monogram: (voiceover) In a crisis, rely on your own unique skill set. For instance, Carl here knows how to yo-yo. |
Dr. Diminutive: It's the agents of OWCA! And Danny the Dolphin has the hiccups, apparently. |
Stacy: I wonder if the miniature golf will come in handy. |
Doofenshmirtz: Wait, what is this? Perry the Platypus in a death trap? What the—When did L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. get so evil? And wh—Hippos? Wait, aren't sharks more traditional in a death trap?
Dr. Diminutive: Yeah, actually, hippos are much more dangerous than sharks. Doofenshmirtz: Not interested right now, Shorty. Jeez, read the room. Dr. Diminutive: (under his breath) No prize is worth this. |
Stacy: (looking at a piece of paper) This is 989 Poomwle, right? (turns paper upside-down) Oh, I'm sorry. 686 Elmwood? |
Doofenshmirtz: I'm so sorry, Perry the Platypus. I would never have brought you here if I'd known about the whole death by hippos deal. That is... That is not my style. That is...
(Perry punches Doof offscreen.) Doofenshmirtz: No, no, I get it. Go ahead. Thwart me. I deserve it. |
Major Monogram: Excellent work. Looks like Donnie Do-Good did good. |
Emcee: And our final award of the night... Aw, who'm I kidding? It's Phineas and Ferb!
(Stacy ropes back in behind Candace.) Candace: Okay, I swear someone just said, "Phine—" AAAAH! Stacy, where have you been? Stacy: Ugh, the shrimp cocktail. Candace: Oh, that's the worst. I'm so sorry. Sriracha cheese stick? |
Background Information[]
- Major Monogram and Carl find out that Stacy knows about Perry being an O.W.C.A. agent, and decide to let her keep her memory after she rescues Agent P from Dr. Diminutive and Dr. Doofenshmirtz.
- Stacy can imitate animal noises.
- It is in fact more likely to be killed by a hippo than to be killed by a shark.
Production Information[]
International Premieres[]
Errors[]
- When Stacy tries to distract Candace from seeing Perry, Stacy is shown having no bracelet.
Continuity[]
- Phineas and Ferb win three awards again ("Bowl-R-Ama Drama").
- Stacy still remembers that Perry is an O.W.C.A. agent ("Happy Birthday, Isabella", "The Aurora Perry-Alis").
- When Doof puts his hand on the hand print scanner at L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N., he notes that they are "cranking up the evil a notch", which was one of his second dimension counterpart's lines in "Kick It Up A Notch". (Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Across the 2nd Dimension)
- Stacy's skills at miniature golf is brought up ("Put That Putter Away").
- Major Monogram ironically does not recognize Stacy from "Happy Birthday, Isabella" and "Druselsteinoween", which is consistent with him not identifying Candace all by herself without a name in "Does This Duckbill Make Me Look Fat?" and "Make Play" because he thinks all 15-year old girls look alike.
- Candace and Stacy from Phineas and Ferb and Diogee and Milo from Milo Murphy's Law are the only two regular characters in their respective shows from outside the O.W.C.A. who can remember interacting with both Agent P identities and recognize them to be the same platypus named Perry. Following "Agee Ientee Diogee", Diogee and Stacy both had their turn at a storyline where they trick Carl and Major Monogram into allowing them to substitute for Agent P. The main difference is Diogee's story is a flashback that takes place before he and Milo met Perry in "The Phineas and Ferb Effect" and he went on a DEI mission by chance, while Stacy is on a rescue mission by choice for Perry after she learned of his double agent life in "Happy Birthday, Isabella".
- Diogee would later team up with Perry for real on another secret mission in "The Dog Who Knew Too Much".
Allusions[]
- Entertainment Software Rating Board - The title of this episode alludes to the T rating for this age rating system for video games in the United States, often shortened to ESRB.
- Hundreds of Beavers - The beaver suit that Carl wears in the informational video strongly resembles the beavers' suits in the film.
- Dudley Do-Right - The term "Donnie Do-Good" is likely a nod to the name of the cartoon character.
Trivia[]
- Major Monogram breaks the fourth wall when he asks Carl if he ever seen this show.
- Stacy becomes an honorary member of the O.W.C.A. as of this episode.

- This is the third time Stacy interacts with Perry ("Happy Birthday, Isabella", "The Aurora Perry-Alis").
- This is the first time Stacy interacts with Carl.
- This is the second episode where Phineas appears, but doesn't have any lines ("Live and Let Drive").
- In one scene, Doofenshmirtz mentions that he and Charlene wanted different things. She wanted to "not be married to him," which is verbatim from a TikTok Dan Povenmire posted on April 19, 2022, a stitch to a user asking why Doof and Charlene divorced.
- This is the fourth episode to contain a fart joke, with Doofenshmirtz implying to have flatulence issues. ("Leave the Busting to Us!", "Return Policy", "O.W.C.A. Files")
