Agent T was a turkey agent who worked for the O.W.C.A.. Carl said that the O.W.C.A. "lost him last November", insinuating it got eaten in a Thanksgiving meal ("Traffic Cam Caper"). It was also mentioned in "The Remains of the Platypus" when Major Monogram draws a turkey using the drawing of his hand to which Perry had a shocked expression, and Monogram replied with "What, too soon?".
