Physical Appearance

Like the rest of the Animal Borgs, Agent R was mechanically modified after her capture by Charlene Doofenshmirtz of the second dimension.

Now, she has a mechanically enhanced hand that can turn into a cannon. Her right eye red and mechanic as well.
