Phineas and Ferb Wiki

From now on, I'm going to be a good guy!

— Heinz Doofenshmirtz

After having an epiphany, Dr. Doofenshmirtz shows up at the OWCA to give up his evil ways. Agent P has no choice but to show Dr. Doofenshmirtz the ropes of the trade, but things quickly sour between the two after Dr. Doofenshmirtz accidentally exposes the identity of a fellow animal agent. Meanwhile, Candace's plans to watch over Phineas and Ferb backfire when Dr. Doofenshmirtz's Babe-inator turns her brothers into babies.

Episode Summary[]

Linda is heading to a baby shower, and leaves Candace in charge, who tells Phineas and Ferb not to do anything while recording it.

Perry heads to his lair and is surprised to see Dr. Doofenshmirtz on the screen. Major Monogram explains that he has turned to the good side, and since he was raised by ocelots it makes him an animal, but tells Perry he needs to supervise him. Doofenshmirtz explains that he quit evil after trying to use his Babe-inator to turn his brother and the populace into babies, and failed. Perry gives him his own cubicle.

322a - Babies

Phineas and Ferb as babies.

Norm plugs the Babe-inator while cleaning up the lair. The inator activates and hits Phineas and Ferb, turning them into babies. Thinking that Phineas and Ferb caused this to happen, Candace tries to take a photo of the two and sends it to Linda. However, she simply thinks it is a baby photo of them. Candace then attempts to take a photo of them with a newspaper, but Phineas throws her phone in a fountain and Ferb tears apart the newspaper. She decides to use a stroller and take them to show her.

Meanwhile, Doofenshmirtz is in his cubicle checking the computer and finds out that Newton the Gnu is Agent Silent G and he blogs it. He then goes on a coffee break with the other agents.

Candace goes through the park and Phineas and Ferb start crying. They go to a store where Candace leaves them outside to get toys for them to quench their sadness while a robber arrives on his motorcycle. The babies then use the motorcycle and hook it up to the stroller to escape, while Candace chases them and catches them while the robber gets caught.

Doofenshmirtz and Perry are called to Monogram's office to hear that someone revealed Newton the Gnu's secret identity, causing him to be caught by his nemesis, Dr. Diminutive. He orders Doofenshmirtz and Perry to head out to save him. They take the hover-jet and Doofenshmirtz presses a button that fires a missile, accidentally destroying Monogram's car.

Doofenshmirtz and Perry make it to the apartment where the agent is being held. Doofenshmirtz attempts to kick down the door, but gets his foot stuck. Dr. Diminutive catches them with his Photon 2000 particle bubble-erator. Dr. Diminutive tells them that he learned Newton the Gnu's identity when Doofenshmirtz put it in his blog. Candace chases the babies in a toy store and finally catches them.

322a - Sick and Tired of It

Candace with a lot of babies of the kids and Linda.

Dr. Diminutive hangs them off the edge of the apartment and drops them forty stories down, but Perry uses his grapple gun to catch the particle bubble-erator to trap Dr. Diminutive in a bubble. Perry then uses it to create a bigger bubble, which they ride and crash into Monogram's office. Candace arrives at the baby shower, but the boys are taken by the Fireside Girls who are helping out at the event.

Back at the O.W.C.A., Monogram's office is being repaired, and Monogram has to stay in a cubicle. Monogram congratulates Perry for rescuing Agent Silent G, and then fires Doofenshmirtz for many complaints in Human Resources. Doofenshmirtz realizes he did so much damage for being good and decides to return to evil. He then calls Norm to polish off his -inators and leaves. Norm starts off with the Babe-inator, and it hits Linda and the Fireside Girls, turning them into babies.

(Seeing Phineas and Ferb as babies)
Phineas: (Blows raspberry)
Ferb: (Babbles)

He cries along with baby Phineas.

Whatcha doin'?[]

None.

Hey, where's Perry?[]

Candace: Okay you two, I'm in charge and I'm gonna lay down some ground rules!
Phineas: Okay, shoot!
Candace: No leaving the yard, no amusement park rides, no robots, no rocket ships...
Phineas: Ferb, are you getting all of this? (Ferb holds up a miniature tape recorder.) Cool.
Candace...no first edition issuing of commemorative coins, no asking where Perry is, no astrological planetary alignments...

Oh, there you are, Perry[]

None.

Perry's entrance to his lair[]

He twists a board on the fence, turning it into a diving board. He then dives into a baby pool, and the water floods into the lair along with him.

Memorable Quotes[]

Doofenshmirtz: Wow, my own cubicle. (Agent Kitty joins him and Perry) How nice! I'm gonna put a poster, right here, with a kitten that says, "Hang in there." (Doofenshmirtz turns and sees Agent Kitty; chuckles awkwardly) No offense. It's not like I think that's all you guys do, or anything. (Agent Kitty walks off) Oh, great, now he's going to Human Resources.
Candace: (After she puts baby Phineas and Ferb in a stroller) That's it, go right to sleep. You'll be busted in just a little bit.
Major Monogram: Enter. Agent P, we have a situation.
Doofenshmirtz: Is this about that grape joke? Who told on me? Was it the duck?!
Major Monogram: That's not why I called you in. Get a look at this! This is Newton the Gnu. He was assigned to Dr. Diminutive, but it appears that some bonehead blew his cover on the blogosphere. We still haven't found out who it was. In the meantime, We need you to bring him in. Get on it, Agent P! Oh, and, uh, take Doofenshmirtz with you.
Doofenshmirtz: A ride-along? Sweet! I can wear my new fedora!
Major Monogram: Get out of here! (Doofenshmirtz and Perry leave, then Carl is seen with a mail cart) Carl, get in here! When you're done delivering the mail, I want you to wash and wax my car. You know, a little wax on, wax off? It'll teach you karate.
Carl: No, it won't.
Doofenshmirtz: I am loving this! We're all like partners, now! Like Jack and Jill, or Alice and Wonderland! And with a super-cool vehicle!
Major Monogram: Be careful out there. Washing my car. Don't scratch it.
Doofenshmirtz: Ooh, look at all these neat buttons! Hey, what does this one do? (he presses a button, which launches a missile) Whoa! Oh yeah, this is way cool!
(The missile hits Major Monogram's car and blows it up)
Major Monogram: DOOFENSHMIRTZ!
Robber: Suckers! (laughs) Oh, my bike. (the police show up) Oh, good the cops are here! Maybe they can report this vandalism to--
Police: (in megaphone) PUT YOUR HANDS UP!
Robber: Oh, that's right.
Major Monogram: It's humiliating! I'm stuck in this crummy, little cubicle while my office gets repaired! Anyway, Agent P, due to your quick action and decisive action, you were able to rescue Agent Silent G. Doofenshmirtz, you're fired.
Doofenshmirtz: Is it because I blew up your car?
Major Monogram: No, it's because I have a list of complaints from Human Resources.
Doofenshmirz: So, it was the duck!
(Doofenshmirtz, dog agent and crocodile agent look at the duck agent as he backs away in his chair)
Major Monogram: Let's face it. You've done more damage inside the agency than you ever did outside.
Doofenshmirtz: So what you're saying is that I'm good at being evil after all! (calls Norm) Norm, dust off the old inators! We're back in business! (hangs up, brief pause) Later, chumps!
Candace: Okay, I get it, lesson learned. Toddlers aren't easy. The irony is not lost in me! A little help here? This had better wear off before the next episode.

  • During one part of "Here's Why It is Great to Be a Baby", Phineas, Ferb, and Candace are in their own house, despite being in the store before, for most of, and after the song. They also seem to appear in Isabella's kitchen in one shot.
