Vicki Lewis plays Lulu Jones in Phineas and Ferb. She is better known for playing the quirky secretary Beth in the 1995-1998 NBC-TV Sitcom News Radio. Currently, she also has a recurring role as Miss Joy Bitterman, the on-set teacher for the cast of "So Random!" on the Disney Channel live-action sitcom Sonny with a Chance.
