A Librarian (possibly named Joe, seen on the left) appeared in the episode "Phineas and Ferb's Quantum Boogaloo". She is voiced by Jennifer Grey. The Librarian made a short appearance in Phineas and Ferb's Quantum Boogaloo, stating that Candace, (in a bad alternate future), needs to wear a lab coat. Her first appearance was after Candace finished watching a video of the history of Heinz Doofenshmirtz's "Reign of Danville".
