Personal life

Phil is seen in the, "Put That Putter Away" episode as Heinz Doofenshmirtz's next door neighbor. Early in the episode, Perry is seen traveling two doors down from Phineas and Ferb's house to Doofenshmirtz's house. Therefore, Phil must live on the same street as Phineas and Ferb and live three doors now. He is seen watering his garden and blowing leaves off his yard. He blows his leaves into Doofenshmirtz' yard and all over Doofenshmirtz. Doofenshmirtz then attempts to blow leaves back into Phil's yard with the, "Atomic Leaf Blower-inator". However, his invention blows the leaves in the opposite direction.

Physical appearance

Caucasian, black hair. Seen wearing a hat low on his head (covering his eyes), a red golf shirt and khaki shorts.
