"My Nemesis" is the song sung by Danny Jacob from the episode It's About Time!. In this song, Dr. Doofenshmirtz (he is not the singer) introduces his nemesis, Perry the Platypus.

Lyrics[]

My neme, neme, oooo... my neme, neme, neme
My neme, neme, oooo... my neme, neme, neme
I used to sit alone doing evil all day,
But now I think that someone's gonna get in my way, yeah,
The someone in my life that doesn't want me to exist,
My neme, neme, oooo... my neme, neme, neme
And I feel fine cause I've got a nemesis
My neme, neme, oooo... my neme, neme, neme
My neme, neme, oooo... my neme, neme, neme
Now I hate him, and he hates me,
What a wonderful animosity,
Besides his hat he wears no clothes,
Now I have some-one to oppose...
Yes I have a nemesis!
My neme, neme, oooo... my neme, neme, neme,
My neme, neme, oooo... my neme, nemesis
Dr. Doofenshmirtz: My neme, neme, oooo... my nеme, neme, neme.

Background Information[]

  • It has been confirmed by Swampy that both "Yes" and "Cause" can be sung in the line "... I have a nemesis."
  • The soundtrack version of this song is the same, with the exception of no dialogue by Dr. Doofenshmirtz at the end.
  • The blonde-haired singer can also be seen in the episode "Dude, We're Getting the Band Back Together" from the back in the Love Handel special and in the crowd at Love Handel's second reunion concert as well as the the black-haired back-up singer.
  • This song, as well as its performers are made to resemble the 1960's folk-rock group, "The Lovin' Spoonful".
