Lulu Busting Jones is the television host for the show Bust 'Em. She is mentally scarred by her childhood do to the fact she could never convince her mother that her brothers were the ones "scratching the records and breaking the plates". She relates with Candace Flynn is this way but she no Idea what Candace's brothers are capable of. She is stunned when she see's what Phineas and Ferb have built. She immediately became obsessively determined to bust the boys. When she fails she gets more up set than Candace. She is like Candace in many ways, however, unlike Candace, she never got over her obsession with busting as she matured.
