Kevin Michael Richardson (October 25, 1964) is an American voice actor and actor, one of the prominent voice actor in the field. He starred in the short lived The Knights of Prosperity, an ABC comedy. He is best known for his deep voice and portraying villains. His credits include Gantu from Disney's Original Lilo & Stitch. As a classical-trained actor, Richardson first gained as one of the only eight U.S. high school students selected for the National Foundation of the Arts "Arts '82" program. As the result of this, he earned a scholarship to Syracuse University and a spot on a PBS special directed by the esteemed late John Houseman. He often plays characters based on and satirizing comedian Bill Cosby, such as on Family Guy and The Boondocks. Richardson was married in 2006. Currently he and his wife, Monica, live in Los Angeles with their two sons from a previous marriage, Anthony and Michael. A New York native, Richardson was excited to return to work in Manhattan. On Phineas and Ferb, he voices P. P. Otter.
