The black toy poodle is a pet of Suzy and Jeremy Johnson. It seems that Suzy has actually trained the poodle to be aggressive to Candace Flynn ("One Good Scare Ought to Do It!", "Interview With a Platypus"). It once bit Candace's bike helmet, and the only thing that made it let go was Phineas and Ferb's Haunted House. Another time when Candace came over, Suzy used a remote-control truck to attack Candace, driving her into the mud, and then sent her poodle after Candace to drive her away. ("One Good Scare Ought to Do It!")

Suzy trained her poodle to torment Candace. In "One Good Scare Ought to Do It!", when Suzy used a monster truck to mud up Candace, she sent her poodle to drive her crazy. The Poodle stayed on Candace's head until she got home.
Candace Flynn[]
Thanks to Suzy's training, the poodle torments Candace. In "Interview With a Platypus", she peed on Candace's shoe. She took it and dipped it in the toilet while Candace was putting tissue in the toilet. However, the poodle lost when Jeremy cleaned the shoe and gave it to Candace like in Cinderella.
