The Dr. Feelbetter TV Show
Dr. Feelbetter is a talkshow host. He helped Dr. Doofenshmirtz and Agent P reconcile their differences when Peter the Panda starts to foil Doofenshmirtz's plans. His audience for this episode was comprised completely of evil scientists and animal secret agents. It turns out that this episode, and possibly the entire show, was merely an elaborate trap to capture all the secret agents to be used in a giant chess game.
Unlike every other "Doctor" that was in the studio, he does not seem to have his own nemesis.

He is probably a combination parody of Jerry Springer and Dr. Phil, taking the worst of both hosts.
He has only appeared in the episode It's About Time!.
