Blay'n is one of Santa's elves. He appeared in Danville from the North Pole to help Phineas and Ferb save Christmas. He came with Clewn't, another one of Santa's elves. ("Phineas and Ferb Christmas Vacation!")

Blay'n is a nice and sympathetic elf who tries to help Phineas and Ferb show Santa that Danville is nice. He is unlike his friend Clewn't in many ways. He seems to be young because Clewn't has a beard and white hair while Blay'n has brown hair. He is shown to be extremly short when he and Clewn't first meet Phineas, Ferb, Baljeet, Candace, Isabella, and Buford. Blay'n and Clewn't both create presents for Phineas and the gang to distribute, through Blay'n seems to be more inexperienced than Clewn't. He creates a basketball net, a baseball mitt and a vase, but Clewn't destroys the vase with a bowling ball.
